1) Longhorn Mac Repair will make every effort to backup, transfer or
recover your data in a timely manner. Time to completion estimates
cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control such as hardware
failures, amount of data to recover or a corrupt operating system. We will
notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
2) You are responsible for the integrity of Data targeted for backup by
Longhorn Mac Repair. For example, corrupted Data will be backed up and
restored in the same state.
3) 3rd party software will not be transferred or reactivated. Example:
Adobe, Microsoft, Chrome or any App that is not part of the OS.
4) I authorize Longhorn Mac Repair to provide data recovery/transfer
services as required. I will not hold Longhorn Mac Repair nor or its
technicians responsible for any and all data losses related to repairs. I
understand that given the nature of electronic data storage and recovery
services, problems could arise and are not the fault of Longhorn Mac Repair,
but are coincidental and could surface at any time, even when a previous
problem is corrected.
5) By submitting this form, I have read and agree to the above data recovery service agreement.
